Purpose   These programs are open for the students of all the graduate schools on campus. Now, it is also expected for universities to encourage the local communities and the industries. Therefore, they are set up to create the venture business and to train talented persons in both technological and management sense by practical education for the start of the new enterprises. The following three area’s lectures and seminars are offered to provide the skills as technology manager, and further to give the ability to connect the technology with the market. �@ Business administration �A Intellectual property �B Psychology   Outline   These educational programs are composed of the three areas: business administration, intellectual property and psychology. The methods of instruction are lecture, discussion, presentation, seminar and e-learning-styles. The lectures are specially prepared for the venture business. The lectures are constructed to provide knowledge of the flow for a start of venture business. This enables students to connect organically the research developments with the business and to create the venture business. Additionally in the education content we support people to prepare to challenge something new by tackling the area of stress management.
